" Like many now during COVID we are out of state buyers (New York) that bought in FL. We actually bought a Townhouse sight unseen with the help of Marsha. Thankfully we found a great agent by chance because when we 1st embarked on this journey in early May 2021 no agents were calling back, it seemed as if everyone was to busy to help someone since it was a sellers market!
