Like many now during COVID we are out of state buyers (New York) that bought in FL.
We actually bought a Townhouse sight unseen with the help of Marsha. Thankfully we found a great agent by chance because when we 1st embarked on this journey in early May 2021 no agents were calling back, it seemed as if everyone was to busy to help someone since it was a sellers market! As we all know during a bull market most properties sell over list, Marsha was very patient with as and she quickly learned what we needed and wanted. She made it very comfortable to submit an offer sight unseen. Being out of state at times we needed to bid on houses without seeing them and she always acted with urgency on new listings for us. She made herself available to do virtual tours immediately after we made offers, she handled the inspection process for us. She was there and had me looped in via Face Time to be there virtually to tour the property with her and the inspector. When the final inspection took place she followed up with security and the HOA to ensure we had all the access we needed. She didn't miss a beat EVER! Marsha helped is with utilities, insurance agent, followed up with title company, mortgage company and HOA. We did nothing :) ***For all sellers in the Orlando area you should list with her for sure! She will get it done and most importantly answer the phone! ***For all Orlando area prospective buyers....local, national and worldwide you should for sure have her be your buyers agent. You wont go wrong and she wont stop till you find your dream home!
Marsha has been heaven sent, if it wasn’t for her fighting for us to get into the house, we would’ve moved into an apartment.

Marsha was wonderful throughout the whole process. Explaining the in's and out's of property sales as well as property sales for a foreigner. We had a little issue with payment and it not reflecting in my overseas account however Marsha was fantastic. She followed up with the title deed company every day for 2 weeks.
